Low back pain

Sciatica

Neck pain and headaches

Runner's knee

IT band

Plantar fasciitis

Shin splints

Climber's shoulder

Tennis elbow

Whiplash

The desk-job back

Hands first. Then the right tool.

Every visit includes hands-on work. These are what we add when your body needs more, each one priced before we start.

$65

20 minutes

Chiropractic adjustments

Spine, ribs and the joints people forget: ankles, hips, shoulders. Soft-tissue work is part of every visit, not an extra.

$85

45 minutes

Sports rehab

One-on-one with our rehab coach: strength, mobility, and a return-to-run or return-to-climb plan.

$95

60 minutes

Sports massage

Deep, specific, and planned around your training week. Ninety minutes is $135.

$45

Added to a visit

Dry needling

A fine needle into the knot that massage can't reach. Most people feel a twitch, then the muscle lets go.

$75

25 minutes

Spinal decompression

A motorized table gently lengthens the spine for disc pain and sciatica. You lie still; it does the work.

Sixty minutes. Fifty-nine dollars.

Your first visit is the longest one, because it decides the rest. You leave with a diagnosis, your first treatment, and a written plan with a visit count and a price.

Measured, visit by visit.

Visit 1

Elise couldn't shoulder-check.

A cyclist from North Boulder. Turning her head left stopped at 46°. X-rays clear; a first adjustment and work on her upper back.

Visit 4

Up to 63°.

Dry needling for the muscle that wouldn't let go, and two exercises she could do at red lights.

Visit 7

79°, and discharged.

Full rotation is about 80°. She left with a five-minute home routine and no reason to come back unless she needs one.

Most patients finish in six to eight visits. We'd rather discharge you than sign you up for a year.

visits, on average, before we discharge you

“I couldn't turn my head to check traffic on the bike. Seven visits later I could, and Nora had the numbers to prove it.”

Elise, North Boulder

“They told me on day one I'd need about six visits. I needed five. Nobody tried to sell me a year.”

Ezra, Martin Acres

“Kiri found the knot in my calf that three foam rollers missed. I ran my first pain-free 50K in May.”

Maya, Louisville

Four people, one room.

Two chiropractors, a massage therapist and a rehab coach share one open treatment room, so your plan is talked over by all four of us, not passed down a hallway.

Dr. Nora Haugen, D.C.

Founder. Runners, hips and low backs.

Still runs the foothills most mornings before we open.

Dr. Mateo Ruiz, D.C.

Climbers, necks, shoulders and elbows.

With us since 2017, and on the rock whenever it's dry.

Kiri Nakashima, LMT

Sports massage.

Licensed since 2014. Plans your massage around your training week.

Wren Sorensen

Rehab coach.

Strength, return-to-run plans and gait analysis on the treadmill.

Every price, before you book.

Paying yourself? These are the prices, the same for everyone. Using insurance? We bill your plan for you and tell you your share before your first visit.

We're in network with most major plans and check your benefits before your first visit, so the cost is never a surprise. HSA and FSA cards welcome.

Do I need a referral?

No. Colorado lets you see a chiropractor directly. If your insurance wants a referral for coverage, we'll tell you when we check your benefits.

Will my insurance cover it?

Most plans cover chiropractic care. We're in network with most major plans, bill them for you, and check your benefits before your first visit, so you know your share up front. HSA and FSA cards are welcome.

Does an adjustment hurt? What's the pop?

Most people feel pressure, then relief. The pop is gas leaving the joint, the same as cracking a knuckle, and it isn't the goal. If you'd rather not be adjusted, we have gentler ways in.

How many visits will I need?

We give you a number on day one and re-measure every fourth visit to check it. Most patients finish in six to eight visits. If the numbers stall, we change the plan or refer you on.

What should I wear?

Something you can move in: shorts or leggings and a T-shirt. Runners, bring the shoes you run in.

Two blocks from the creek path.

Ride over and lock up at the racks by the front door, or park free behind the building. Wear something you can move in.
